Just moved in. The whole process was super fast and smooth. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I had a small issue and Frank (maintenance) came within an hour and fixed it.

Residential services are very responsive. In particular, Frank Crawford responded to my maintenance request promptly and professionally. He had the problem solved very quickly!

Their maintenance workers are the fastest, most tentative, and kindest I have come across in any apartment complex. Especially, Frank Crawford!! Thanks maintenance team!!

I had the privilege of working at Ashton Woods and I can confidently say it is an amazing place, both as an employee and for the residents. The two managers Jade and Amy and also the maintenance manager, Frank are all exceptional leaders who truly care about their staff and the well-being of the residents. Their dedication to making the community feel like home is evident in everything they do. They are approachable, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure the property is well-maintained and that residents feel heard and valued. If you're looking for a property that provides excellent service and a genuine sense of community, I highly recommend Ashton Woods!

I recently toured here and loved it ! Essence gave me a great tour of the property and answered any questions i had before i even got them out she was very informative.

Honestly one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. This place feels more like a community than an apartment complex. Frank is great along with all the staff in the office. Everyone is always kind and overall just a great place to live.

The apartments have been great iv been here a few months. Haven't seen the police called havent had any issues with neighbors or my car being messed with. Had to have my ac fixed on a Saturday put a request in not 15 minutes later my tech Frank Crawford was here. He assessed the issue quickly went and got what he needed and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He really is one of the most personable and reliable people iv met and I'm super greatful for his help and to have him as the maintenance guy for the apartments!
